TERMS

All sales are on a cash basis. However, established customers paying 30% of total bill will be allowed 30 days for the balance. A payment of 20% down earns a 20 day payment window. All purchases made by check must also include the principal's name, home address, drivers license number and date of birth.

PRICES & DEPOSIT

Prices are for wholesale only and subject to change without notice. A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to tag trees.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available on our truck at a combination rate. Customer is to provide adequate equipment and personnel at customer's sole risk to unload material; driver is not responsible for unloading. Excessive waiting or unloading time will be billed at $30.00 per hour. Payment is required before unloading material on all C.O.D.'s

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order for delivery is $500.00

CLAIMS, LIABILITY & WARRANTY

Rancho Encino Tree Farm gives no warranty, expressed nor implied, including no warranty on the longevity or productivity of trees. Any claims should be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving material and liability is limited to purchase price. Claims are considered only on fully paid orders. Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred for collection. Purchasing materials from Rancho Encino Tree Farm constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated.
